"Sun One" is the happy face of a blooming sunflower, rendered in watercolor and pastel pencil. The blue sky shines through the leaves. It is one in my series of "Botanical Beauties".

About the Artist, Tara lives in Eugene, Oregon, USA, where she is surrounded and inspired by an abundance of natural beauty. Her interest in art began at a young age. She studied Fine Arts at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and had an early career as a designer and maker of art jewelry. For the past 20 years, she has been working as a graphic designer, painter, and illustrator. Tara Kemp is a creature of the Northwest.
