My son brought this beautiful, painted ceramic bowl from Mexico as a gift for me. I filled it with colorful Aracana chicken eggs. It all went together so well on my Mexican tile counter. It begged to be painted.
About the Artist, Tara lives in Eugene, Oregon, USA, where she is surrounded and inspired by an abundance of natural beauty. Her interest in art began at a young age. She studied Fine Arts at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and had an early career as a designer and maker of art jewelry. For the past 20 years, she has been working as a graphic designer, painter, and illustrator. Tara Kemp is a creature of the Northwest.
